Overview
The J23W Male Threaded Needle Valve with Weld End is a small-bore instrument valve featuring male thread connections and a pre-fabricated welded tube end. It is operated by rotating the handwheel to drive the stem and needle-type disc for precise opening and closing. Its sealing surface is directly machined from the valve body material (“W” type), forming a metal-to-metal hard seal. One end features a standard male thread (such as M20×1.5, G1/2, NPT1/2), while the other end has a pre-fabricated welded tube for direct butt welding to the process pipeline, creating a permanent, zero-leakage sealing structure. This valve is primarily used for root isolation of pressure gauges and transmitters, pipeline sampling, flow regulation, and draining/venting, especially in high-temperature, high-pressure, vibrating applications, or critical occasions requiring absolute sealing, ensuring safe and reliable operation of measurement systems.
