Overview
The J61W high-temperature butt weld needle valve is a small-bore instrument valve featuring butt weld connections specifically designed for high-temperature applications, operated by rotating the handwheel to drive the stem and needle-type disc for precise opening and closing. Its sealing surface is directly machined from the valve body material (“W” type), forming a metal-to-metal hard seal. Both ends feature pre-fabricated butt weld bevels for direct butt welding to high-temperature pipelines, creating a permanent, zero-leakage sealing structure. This valve is primarily used for root isolation of pressure gauges and transmitters for high-temperature media, pipeline sampling, flow regulation, and draining/venting, especially in critical applications such as high-temperature steam, high-temperature oil, and heat transfer fluid systems requiring strict temperature control, ensuring safe and reliable operation of measurement systems in high-temperature environments.
Features:
1.Butt weld connections for permanent sealing: Both ends feature butt weld bevels for direct welding to pipelines, creating a permanent, zero-leakage sealing structure that completely eliminates leakage risks.
2.Specifically for high-temperature applications: Designed with heat-resistant materials, suitable for high-temperature steam, heat transfer oil, high-temperature gases, etc., with operating temperatures up to 400°C and above.

5.Metal-to-metal hard seal for high-temperature reliability: Sealing surfaces are directly machined from heat-resistant alloy steel, forming a wear-resistant metal-to-metal hard seal that maintains reliable sealing even at high temperatures.
6.Heat-resistant stem design: The stem is made of heat-resistant alloy steel with hardening treatment, paired with high-temperature graphite packing to ensure reliable stem sealing at elevated temperatures.
7.Optional heat dissipation fins: Some models can be equipped with heat dissipation fins to effectively reduce the temperature at the stem packing area, extending packing service life.
