I
plant the wellhead valve rough with sand mold casting, body process, in
cooperation with the valve seat at the inner often thread holes,
shrinkage and other casting defects, the body section of the
macro-analysis found that, in the hot section area,
have different degrees of shrinkage phenomenon, to address the above
problem, we conducted a number of improvements to the casting process
test.

cooling conditions, so the organization is more dense. From
the top of the molten steel poured into, but also from the riser
directly poured into the pouring riser located near the hot spot area. For
the cast to create a very favorable solidification conditions, hot spot
areas to be timely feeding, therefore, the process improved the
production of dense castings, eliminating the Shrinkage and other
casting defects, product qualification rate reached 99%.
In words, these components cooperate to lead various gate valves to
benefit all attaching industrial process. They are suitable for any
situation requiring immediate and effective shutoff. The future for the
gate valve continues to be much brighter, I believe.
